Shipping Policy

We deliver from the farm to addresses in the surrounding area. Enter your address at checkout and the site works out the distance and the fee for you.

If your address is a long way out, contact us at info@dreyersrus.co.za before ordering so we can confirm we can reach you.

Delivery is free within 40 km of the farm.

Beyond 40 km we charge R 7.10 per kilometre, applied only to the kilometres past 40 km. A delivery 52 km away is therefore charged for 12 km.

The exact fee is shown at checkout before you pay. There are no other delivery charges.

Orders run to a cut-off. Everything ordered before the cut-off is slaughtered and packed in the same batch and delivered after that.

You can give us a preferred date at checkout and we will do our best to meet it. We will contact you to confirm when your order is coming.

Someone needs to be at the address to receive and check the order, because it is fresh produce and cannot be left unattended.

The order is checked with you against the delivery note. Please inspect it before signing. Signing confirms you received it in full and in good condition.

If nobody is available to receive the order, we will contact you to arrange another time. A wasted trip may be charged for.

Your order travels chilled. Please refrigerate or freeze it immediately on receipt.
